What to expect

Our Document Management Service plays an important role managing communications both within and outside the firm.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, safely and securely
  • Directing mail internally
  • Handling all mail according to defined processes and GDPR regulations
  • Printing letters and preparing them for dispatch with any enclosures
  • Completing associated documentation and other general administrative duties

What we’re looking for

  • Good administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Minimum qualification level in Standard Grade English or equivalent
  • Good IT skills, proficient in MS packages
  • Previous mailroom experience is not necessary as full training will be given
  • Positive, flexible, trustworthy & reliable
