Our client based in Witham are looking for a Trainee Conveyancing Solicitor/ Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity would suit a confident and driven Law Graduate who wants to learn and gain experience to eventually become a qualified Solicitor.
Duties for the Trainee Conveyancing Solicitor/ Paralegal:
- Working alongside an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer covering your own files
- General administration tasks and updating of internal and external systems
- Dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing administrative exchange formalities, completion and post completion tasks
- Drafting financial statements and invoices
- Submitting relevant forms
- Archiving
Requirements for the Trainee Conveyancing Solicitor/ Paralegal:
- Law Degree
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Self-motivated and keen to learn
- If already studying for the LPC this will be a distinct advantage but not essential
In return for your hard work our client is offering a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, on-site car parking facilities and staff treats. The working hours for this role are 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
