ORIDA Hotel Maidstone is located off the M20, less than 10 minutes from central Maidstone. A Perfect destination for families and couples to take in countryside scenery at Leeds Castle and Mote Park, both less than four miles away. The motorway also provides links to Dover and the Channel Tunnel. With 146 spacious bedrooms, our valued guests will enjoy every comfort ORIDA has to offer, such as ourquality restaurant, lounge bar, Starbucks cafe and ORIDA Healthfeaturing an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, spa and gym. There is also a business and conference centre to host business meetings and events for up to 120 people.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for keeping our hotel running smoothly day to day, making sure our guests are safe and comfortable and that everything is running as it should and executing standards.
You will also be expected to deputise in the absence of the hotel cluster manager.
You must be a hands on manager with strong food and beverage experience to support our food and beverage outlets and events. You will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, maximising revenues and developing our people to deliver a memorable guest experience.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years hotel management experience.

Salary: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
