Minimum age to serve alcohol Presentable Responsible, punctual Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Basic math and till training Interpersonal and communication skills Eye for detail. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment Developing new cocktail recipes

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
