We are CUPP; an independent bubble tea company, founded in Bristol. We see ourselves as bubble tea pioneers, striving to refine every element of the famous Taiwanese drink. To make it the freshest, healthiest and tastiest bubble tea in the UK!

We now have stores nationwide and are looking for baristas to join our fabulous team!

Using fresh ingredients, including our own fruit purees, brown sugar syrups (no fructose here) along with fresh organic milk, great milk alternatives and loose leaf tea, we’re refining the way bubble tea should be made. All while providing the best customer service and product knowledge to our lovely customers. Whether you’re a bubble tea connoisseur or new to the whole concept, we are certain we can help find the perfect bubble tea for you..

Job Description:

We are looking for a Bubble Tea Barista to join our amazing Bristol team and support us in the daily running of the store. This position will cover all aspects of the Bubble Tea Barista position described below as well as being a brand ambassador for CUPP.

Bubble Tea Barista:

• Provide great service and product knowledge to our customers.
• Serve consistently perfect fresh bubble teas.
• Feel confident in a fast paced working environment.
• Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day
• Opening and closing the store independently
• Ensuring products are delivered to a high standard
• Ensuring store is clean and tidy at all times
• Water and waste barrel responsibilities
• Managing stress in a very small compact environment

• Be a passionate, energetic hospitality professional who cares greatly about fantastic customer service and a great team environment.
• Previous work experience in the industry not essential, however experience proving the ability to provide great customer service, adhere to high company standards and health and safety practices is a big bonus!
• Be flexible to work a range of hours, including weekdays and weekends
• Be able to work across all Bristol stores
• Able to stay with the company on a long term bases
• Be confident in working shifts on your own

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 15 per week

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
