The Company

Camfaud Group is the largest concrete pump hire company in the UK. Camfaud Group employs over 300 staff across various depots across the UK and due to our continued expansion, we are actively seeking Hiredesk Controller to join our team in Epping.

Job Spec:

If you are an enthusiastic team player and have experience working under pressure in a busy office, ideally in a Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics related environment this could be the role for you.

Your duties will include:

· Being the first point of contact for inbound calls from customers looking to hire, responding to emails and processing hires through Rapid Apps.

· Responsible for ensuring the hire board is kept up to date and jobs are appropriately allocated

· Ensuring all quotes are accurately produced for each individual hire

· Following up with customers to confirm bookings

· Sending out job notifications to Operators via ROTG!

· Obtaining the relevant information at point of booking, including purchase order and card payment if required

· Producing accurate working sheets for the invoicing team to invoice the customer

· Ensuring all timesheets have been obtained and saving these for the invoicing team

· Managing any queries

· Continuously reviewing processes for improvements.

• Supporting the Hiredesk Manager with projects and other ad-hoc tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solid background in customer service
• Ideally 1+ years previous hire desk experience
• Good IT skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
• Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload

Hours: Shift patterns to include 07:00 - 16:00 and 09:00 till 18:00 Mon - Fri and one Saturday in four 07:00 - 12:00 (depending on staffing requirements).

Salary: Up to £33,000.00 per year

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Raising quotes: 1 year (preferred)
• Confirming booking: 1 year (preferred)
• Working with timesheets and worksheets: 1 year (preferred)
• Inbound customer calls: 1 year (preferred)
