Baltic recruitment are looking for production operators for a global manufacturer supplier and developer. Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can do attitude.
With a reputation of being an exciting place to work and grow, they now have production and manufacturing opportunities, with their world class manufacturing facility. This role is a temp to perm contract.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is an ongoing position.
Baltic Recruitment are currently looking for Production and Assembly Operatives for clients based in the Sunderland area.
Shifts:
Shifts will vary depending on the role you are interested in Day or night shifts available.
Candidates
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Understanding the importance of working as team to achieve productivity standards
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
- Ability to interpret and balance a variety of feedback
- Proven experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous.
Duties
- Manufacturing products to high standards
- Diagnosing problems and ensuring timely resolutions
- Maintaining good housekeeping
- Ensuring adherence to quality systems and procedures
- Operating high tech production line equipment
- Use of hand tools
- Loading and unloading products
