About the role

Here at Zimmer Biomet Bridgend we have a vacancy available for a Temp Validation Document Administrator. This role will be working as part of the Validation team, the primary responsibility will be to scan, configure and arrange offsite storage legacy validation documentation along with ad hoc administration support.

This role is a 6 month fixed term position and will be Monday to Friday onsite.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan documents into Adobe Acrobat format.
• Review scanned document for completeness.
• Using Adobe Acrobat split scanned document into its various component parts as required.
• Using Windows Explorer move scanned documents into the correct location within the validation drive.
• Update validation document index in excel as required.
• Update of Master Validation Plan as required in excel.
• Catalogue and ship hard copy documents to offsite storage as per company procedures.

Expected Areas of Competence

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Flexible in approach to work
• Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Can work well with minimal supervision

Education/Experience Requirements

• Working knowledge of Windows explorer, Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat essential
• Should be self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills
• Must be confident and able to prioritise workload.
