ZSTID45 Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant £40k West Byfleet

Zest4talent is delighting to be recruiting for a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant within an Events company based near West Byfleet. Due to recent growth this a new role within the organisation. A competitive salary of £35-40k is on offer as well as 25 days holiday and flexitime.

Reporting to the Financial Director, the successful candidate will ideally have worked with Sage Intacct or Sage online. Comprehensive Excel skills are essential including the ability to use Pivot tables and V look ups. To fit in with the existing team you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to share new ideas and look for ways to streamline and improve processes. The company have a strong team ethic, and everybody pulls together to get the job done – a positive, proactive and hands on attitude is essential. Accuracy and attention to detail is also a pre-requisite.

You ideally will be part qualified ACCA or CIMA diploma and have some strong man

The Management Accountant/Assistant Accountant’s main responsibilities will be:

• Supporting the Finance Director to compile year end accounts for 4 registered companies.
• Assist with accurate reporting of financial information
• Ensuring all relevant data is documented on Excel
• Purchase Ledger
• Alongside the Finance Director, preparing VAT returns
• Compiling year end schedules
• Ensuring that all relevant data is documented to create an audit trail
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
