Exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional and driven Treatment Coordinator to join our luxury state-of-the-art private dental practice in Barnet, London . Summary of Job role:
- Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
- Contact patients to discuss treatments we offer
- Seeing patients face to face discussing treatments and finance options available
- Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
- Effective communication with all key business relationships
- Be able to cover receptionist duties when required
- Involved in business development growth strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Incentivised by hitting key targets
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Motivated to be successful
- 3 years' experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
- Completed high school certificate or equivalent
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Clear DBS check
