The purpose of the Content Marketing Manager:
This role has been created to be part of our small marketing team to drive our creative content strategy across our go-to-market plan. You will be a highly creative, idea-driven performer with both written and design driven skills, taking ownership of both the production and briefing and management of content with our agency/ies. Your content ideas will be used on multiple channels, online and offline, including email, social media and print.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on creative content production and content delivery against the go-to-market strategy
- Owner of brand look and feel, written and visual assets to support campaign activity
- Track, develop and report the delivery of content into the target market, working in conjunction with the Growth Marketing Manager to implement changes as required based on data and result
- Own the ‘brand book’ and overall brand strategy for YouFibre, using engaging creative to enhance and drive our story forwards with our both our target market and existing customers
- Manage content budgets and critical content production schedules to ensure campaigns are launched to the required agenda
- Work with other internal stakeholders within the business to ensure brand is managed appropriately and delivered to the business’ required standards
- Support the Marketing leadership team with the execution of the Go-to-Market strategy
Key requirements:
- Experience of developing, managing and executing content across multiple channels
- Excellent graphic design and written content skills
- Experience of both executing content strategies and reporting impact
- Exceptional design and written skills
- Understanding of various design software tools, including the Adobe Suite

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
