Hours: 32.5 hours per week during term time (37 weeks per year)
Monday – Friday, the usual working pattern is 8.00am – 3.00pm but flexibility may be required depending on the needs of the business.
Salary: £10.42 per hour. Plus generous benefits. These include:

About the role*
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to join the College’s busy commercial catering outlets. The role involves serving customers, till operation, food preparation, replenishing stock, and ensuring the equipment and premises are cleaned to a high standard. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while occasionally working under pressure to deliver food efficiently and on time, as part of a team, this is the role for you.
About the Person
We are looking for a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and a flexible approach to work. Experience of food preparation and working in a catering environment would be advantageous. You will have a passion for delivering friendly and efficient customer service. Full uniform provided.

1. The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
The College is exempt from the provisions of the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974, by virtue of the fact that postholders have access to children and young people, and to vulnerable adults.
