Vintage Stock Manager

We are looking for a new full-time team member to join our team as our Vintage Stock Manager! We are a start-up business founded in 2021 selling sustainable vintage clothing sourced from all over the world. So far in 2023 we have opened two vintage stores in East London whilst continuing with our original business selling to vintage resellers worldwide. We are now hiring for a brand new position - someone to look after all of our stock operations!

What you’ll be getting up to most weeks:

• Unpacking and grading new deliveries of y2k womenswear vintage stock
• Strategising storage solutions for our stored stock to ensure the studio and warehouse remain organised
• Maintaining organised stock storage areas at all times
• Tagging and pricing our vintage stock for our shops
• Booking couriers for our shop restocks
• Supporting our team in creating wholesale bundles for our website
• Working in the shops when shop floor cover is required
• Spending time in the shops to understand stock needed & what customers are looking for

Desired skills / experience

- Genuine interest in vintage fashion and clothing trends

- Experience working within the vintage industry

- Strong awareness of 1990-2000s vintage

This is a full time position. You will work 5 days per week and you will predominantly work Monday - Friday, on occasion you will be required to work on weekends. You will be based between our warehouse in North London and our retail stores in East London.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
