Are you a Warehouse Operative with experience and looking to join a reputable company? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress and grow your career? On the other hand, are you looking for security and wanting a role that can offer you full time, guaranteed hours?

We are currently recruiting for full time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our site in Medway, on behalf of our customer, Ikea, for their last-mile operation. You will be working 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off, days shift pattern 6am-6pm.

Due to location and limited public transport, own transport is prefered.

Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a Warehouse operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our Ikea contract based in Medway until May 2023. We will then be moving to our brand-new state of the art depot in Dartford, DA1 5PZ, which all our colleagues will be based at.

Pay, benefits and more:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders
• Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment including FLT, LLOP & PPT trucks
• Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  FLT licences are desirable but not essential
• Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
• Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
