· You will also be eligible for an annual non-contractual bonus from day one of employment.

· Full time permanent role in Taunton with Hybrid working possible (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

· Some international travel will be required.

The role

You will be the future of our technology division which is evolving from a thirty-strong team dealing primarily with information operations to broader capability. This will involve software and applications development and support, design and deployment of advanced architectures, cyber security, exploitation of artificial intelligence and ethical data management. Based in the UK, you will also need to be able to travel periodically to our technology partner sites in Europe and Asia.

Pairing human effort with advanced technology, to ensure they complement rather than compete will set a unique and worthy challenge to the right candidates.

About you

You will be graduate-level or a junior engineer to join our 3-year development programme. You are someone who can take the lead role in our technological future. You may have an IT degree, have completed a technical apprenticeship, or have an excellent knowledge of computing and software gained through a life of practical experience.

A selection centre will be held over 27-28 April in Taunton, with successful candidates joining in June 2023.
