Sales and Operations Assistant

Are you an experienced Office/ Sales Assistant looking for your next Challenge? Due to continued expansion our client is urgently looking for a Sales and Operations Assistant to join their team ASAP. Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm, Temp to Perm, competitive pay. Immediate start!

As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help support Head Office and the Stores.

In this role, no day is the same! You will assist with data collection and input for various departments, creating and communicating various reports and ensuring that all Health & Safety reports are recorded.

As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will provide 1st line support for store retail queries, answering where possible and redirecting the calls when necessary, as well as providing support to other stores and the head office departments.

You will assist with employee administration, staff discount and travel requirements, whilst also supporting the HR department when necessary,responding to enquiries from colleagues and store based staff.

As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will have:

A background and/or detailed understanding of retail administration with a high degree of accuracy is essential

You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines whilst managing competing demands from various stakeholders.

You will be a true team player underpinned with great communication and interpersonal skills and will have the ability build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This is an office based position! Applicants must live within commutable distance from PLYMOUTH.
