Waiting Staff & Bar Staff - up to £15 per hour

We are recruiting for the Whiski Bar. An award winning whisky bar and restaurant based on the Royal Mile which is part of an independent group of restaurants and bars based in Edinburgh.

We are looking for fun, confident, enthusiastic staff who enjoy providing customers with a great experience. We are recruiting full time waiting and bar staff who have experience working in busy restaurants and bars, have a passion for food, drinks, cocktails, whisky, craft beer and wine.

Your Specification:

• Previous experience required in a busy restaurant & bar
• You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly and efficient personality.
• Possess strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers
• Engaging with customers is essential therefore enjoyment in delivering the very highest levels of service is essential
• You thrive in providing great hospitality to your customers
• You are well presented and organised, and good communication
• Good at written and spoken English
• You have a natural can-do attitude and proactive approach
• You are hard working, reliable and hard-working
