Location: Bearwood Branch

Salary: £21,427 per annum

Hours: 25 hours per week (09:00 - 14:00, Monday – Friday and 09:30 – 12:30 Saturday)

Contract: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team at Bearwood. You will be wholly accountable for the day to day operational running of your branch. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and provide clear direction, leadership, coaching and support your team to deliver a consistently superior branch experience, identifying customer needs and exceeding their expectations.

You will reinforce all operational processes, risk and compliance procedures. Take responsibility for complaint handling and resolution whilst building relationships with your customers with excellent attention to detail.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building strong long term relationships with customers, your team and the community.

Skills and Experience Required:

You will have extensive experience of dealing with all areas of people management including performance management and recruitment. You will have the ability to interact and engage with customers and build relationships and have a genuine interest in the customers and their needs. You will have overall responsibility of the branch and for ensuring errors are kept to a minimum, especially when dealing with customers so it is very important to be attentive to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills – with the ability to communicate service information to customers in a way that they can understand is essential. You will have the ability to work individually as well as the enthusiasm to work as part of a team and have the willingness to be flexible and engage with other branches/teams when required.
