Pay & Hours:
For our Shop Manager roles we offer a competitive pay of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. The salary for a part time Shop Manager will be pro-rata.
A Full time working week is 42 hours, but we are very happy to discuss flexible working hours, for example, 9.00am - 3.00pm, to accommodate your needs where we can.
About You:
- We are looking for an experienced Shop/ Retail Managers to oversee the daily operations of our store.
- You will be the one to ensure smooth running of the store to maximise sales and minimise costs
- Enable to lead, train, develop and motivate a team with a hands-on approach
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be adaptable and able to solve problems.
- Motivating, inspiring and to be able to lead by example.
What Shop Manager's will be responsible for:
- Successfully managing and controlling your own shop.
- Training and development of team members to a high level.
- Recruitment - Interviewing and hiring for your store.
- Sandwich and food production standards.
- Working towards KPI’s including Wage % and targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming for customers.
- Monitoring Food safety standards.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Shop maintenance
