Locations/Hours: All WCL Services / 24-36 hours

Salary: £13 per hour

Job Brief :

As a specialist support worker, you would form part of our Internal Agency team. This means you will work across all sites on a flexible rota. You will also be trained up to be able to fill any role from Support worker up to RSS role as a stand in colleague.

You will be given a working pattern which will consist of Days, Nights and you will have a number of contracted hours but within that you must be flexible. You will know your workings days and your days off but within your working days you will be asked to cover different services and different shifts. Because of the flexibility in both skill and working pattern we will pay you an enhanced rate to be on this team.
