Watts Farms has an exciting opportunity for Night Warehouse Pickers to join our warehouse team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be based at our site in Aylesford and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,498.47 per annum.
PLUS, UP TO £100.00 PER WEEK PICKING BONUS, INCREASING YOUR OTE TO £31,040.84
OVERTIME IS ALSO AVAILABLE, PAID AT A PREMIUM RATE OF TIME AND A HALF.
You will be working on a shift pattern 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between the hours of 17:00 and 03:00, average of 48 hours per week.
What will you be doing?
- Picking and loading routes on a nightly basis in chilled environment
- General warehouse housekeeping / replenishment
- Picking routes for deliveries and loading routes when required
- Assess the quality of produce that is sent to customers to ensure best quality
- Adopting a clean as you go policy within the Warehouse
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the Warehouse
What skills and experience will you need?
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage
- Previous picking / loading experience is an advantage
- Reliable, ability to work in a team or individually if required
- Strong communication skills – ability to understand and follow instructions

We also provide a Home Delivery service, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms in addition to a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and household goods.
