Senior Applications Support Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Applications Support Analyst at our Head Office in Leatherhead to work within the Business Applications and Analysis team to provide support for our Financial processes across the Wates Group business.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Provide day-to-day support for our Intuita-based financial system and integrated ancillary systems
• To be the primary point of contact for both end users and the finance teams providing technical and administrative support to the system’s end users
• Manage upgrade projects in conjunction with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Provide input into roadmap and strategic direction for the finance systems
• Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establishing likely business and application impact, the effort involved and high-level cost
• Oversee and provide support to other team members involved in the finance apps support

We are looking for you to have a solid understanding of finance and business processes relating to the finance system.

To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and stakeholders, and suppliers and support partners. You will be process orientated with good attention to detail and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
