We are looking for a Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our proactive and dynamic team.

Our role…

Based in our North West London HQ, this role’s main focus is to create visuals and videos for the social media channels. From creating graphics, to taking pictures of our products, shooting and editing video, driving productivity and quality through all aspects of production, asset management approvals and delivery of final materials.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Developing social media content calendars (grid and copy) and planning social media strategy across existing and new social media channels.
  • Leading resources in the delivery of all content including editorial, audio visual and photography requirements.
  • Copywriting to support the social media team where needed.
  • Producing highly engaging multimedia content, visual design (e.g. infographics), ideally also video production (live action & animation) and editing, and interactive content, plus written content (expert articles, blogs, emails etc.).
  • Maintaining our content projects, leading on the creation and management of an agreed program of assets including video, interactive materials etc.

You will have…

  • 2+ years' experience interacting within online communities, actively participating on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Plan, produce and create a programme of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.
  • Best in class photoshop, video editing and graphic design skills
  • Fluency in social media, trends and types of content for social channels
  • Fluency in shooting videos and editing
  • A professional approach- a team player who is passionate about all things social
  • A first class (social media) copywriter approach with a strong visual eye and a creative mind
  • Proven record of managing social media within a fast-paced e-commerce/retail environment
  • A proven ability to articulate strategy based on audience research and intuition
  • Experience of using social analytics to make clear recommendations on content and strategy
  • Fluent use of Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and Illustrator Creative Cloud on Mac OSX
  • Technical repro knowledge
  • Experience of taking projects from initial layout through final artwork to proof checking and approval
  • Previous management of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Monthly reporting of results to the wider team plus reporting of social campaigns
  • Experience of organising product gifting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proof-reading skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively both internally and with agency partners
  • Experience in delivering creative excellence against content and campaign briefs, audience reach targets and brand objectives
  • Worked with user experience to propose new design to improve customer experience
  • An understanding of working within a small team in a fast-paced environment
