Store Manager

Are you passionate about creating joy for your colleagues and customers? We are looking for an experienced store manager to join our retail team. Previous optical experience isn’t required for this role, we can give you all the support to develop a career with us. The focus here is to create joy in vision for our colleagues and customers, through building an environment that provides an expert and trusted eyecare experience.

About you

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our retail team, however previous experience of managing teams in a customer facing environment, with a passion for creating a personalised experience is beneficial.
