Welder

Vibe Recruit have an immediate requirement for a Welder for our well-established client based on the Bryn Menyn industrial estate.

The company is proud to remain a family run business who are well known and respected for their knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, sales and service of a wide variety of sector specific heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings
• Successfully execute variety of welds including stick & Mig welds following the appropriate welding procedure.
• Lifting, turning, manipulating and moving heavy loads with cranes.
• Working to production deadlines.
• Carrying out self-inspection of fabrications & assisting others in inspecting their work.
• Welding duties in accordance with qualifications.
• Maintaining a safe working environment by only adopting safe working practices and ensuring that housekeeping is of the highest standard.

Candidates must be flexible to working away and weekends are a MUST when needed, as we are partly a break down service and work throughout the UK. 40-60 hours weeks, 1.5 x Saturday and 2 x Sunday

Candidates would be subject to a weld test before commencement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
