VFS Global is the world's largest and most experienced Outsourcing & Technology Service Specialists for Diplomatic Missions and Governments Worldwide.
The purpose of the role is to facilitate the passport application process and handle front office & back office operations conducted at the relevant Visa Application Centre.
This role is a part time role, 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday, 6 hours day, between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Fixed term contract until 31 July 2023 with possibility of transition to permanent or extension.
Areas of Responsibility & brief description of the role:
Processing visa and passport applications and data entry
Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
Handling of postal applications
Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone
Fee collection and cash handling
Preparing reports for day to day transactions
Personal Requirements:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
A good attention to accuracy and detail
A pro active can-do attitude
Flexible / ready and willing to work in shifts
Languages: English and Hindi
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Part-time hours: 30 per week
Pay: £15,272.67 per year

- Bradford, BD1 3HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
