Venus Wine and Spirits Merchants PLC is one of the leading independent drinks companies in the UK with warehouses in both London and Leeds. We supply more than 4,000 different products to our impressive client base of exclusive restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels. We also supply private wine cellars, and organisers of concerts and special events. Our warehouse in London is also home to the Venus Cash and Carry which offers the most diverse and comprehensive range of drinks available under one roof. We also own the iconic Gerry’s Wines and Spirits emporium based in Soho and purchased The Madison Drinks Company in November 2015.
The Role:
Administrator/Order Processor
Duties:
Responsible for order processing at the Leeds depot in an accurate and efficient manner
To work closely with depot manager, warehouse, sales and credit control depot
Taking incoming calls from internal and external customers
Updating customers regarding out of stocks and alternative stock products
Raising credit notes
Printing driver delivery / invoice notes
Checking returned invoices from customers
To file documentation
Office stationary ordering
General office duties
Skills:
Must be confident working in a fast paced environment
Proven experience of managing varying work loads
Proven experience of order processing essential
Excellent telephone manner
PC literate
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25.5 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
