We are recruiting.....Production Operatives
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative within our Milk Filling department at our Müller Droitwich Dairy.
This role will involve operating our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.
Contract: Full Time / Perm
Salary: starting from £27,444.52 per annum plus overtime premiums
Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating pattern that includes both AM (6:00 - 15:00) and PM (15:00 -finish) shifts plus weekends and bank holidays.
Location: Droitwich
The shift pattern does allow for 1 in every 3 weekends off from Friday to Sunday.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output.
- Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions.
- System upkeep and related responsibilities.
- Cleaning activities.
- Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained.
- Materials replenishment as required.
- First line maintenance checks.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:
- Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Capability & Accountability
- A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans
- A good listener/communicator
- Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills
- Effective team worker
Compensation & Benefits:
