RF Cleaner

The role

The University of Bristol Residential Facilities Team are currently looking for several cleaning operative roles, working across multiple locations within the North Village within our student residential properties as part of our extensive cleaning team.

What will you be doing?

The responsibilities include carrying out general cleaning, other related domestic duties and assisting the Supervisor in ensuring that a safe, clean and hygienic environment is well maintained. Sanitising all communal areas on a regular daily basis is also a major part of this role.

You should apply if

The post holder will have an awareness and understanding of basic health and safety issues. Essential skills include:

• The ability to interact well with both staff and students.
• A reasonable level of literacy is required, in order to maintain accurate records.
• Good understanding of cleanliness & hygiene.
• Prior experience is beneficial, but not necessary.

Additional information

We have various vacant positions with hours ranging from 17.50-25 hours per week.

Shift are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am and 7pm, with occasional weekend, Bank Holiday & University Closure Days (working 5 out of 7 days)
