ABOUT US AT UNITY CARE SOLUTIONS
The staff at Unity Care Solutions are a highly skilled team of Care assistants and Nurses who are passionate about providing complex care to those who need it in the community.
Unity Care Solutions was formed in 2006 and since then we have built a growing reputation for the quality of our care, the reliability of our staff and our determination to make our clients lives better.
We work with the NHS, Social Services and others who need help to provide complex care and skilled nursing. We also work directly with privately-funded clients across our three branches based in Southampton, Sussex, and Kent.
All of our team are passionate about delivering care and support to people in the community. Our aim is to supply complex care that makes a real difference to the well-being of all our clients, in their own homes and out in the community.
OUR NEW PACKAGE
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Gosport to support our 7 year old client in their home and out in the community.
Available shifts: Monday & Tuesday with alternate Fridays/Saturdays. 16:00-20:00
3 x 4 hour shifts during the school holidays 16:00-20:00, 2 x 8 hour day shifts 14:00-22:00 with flexibility over the weekends.
Pay rate: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

We require you to have 6 months experience as a health care assistant and 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse.
