We are professional, fast-paced, merchant service provider based in Romford, Since the business started in the first lockdown early in 2020 we have gone from strength to strength within Essex and we are expanding rapidly accross the UK and opening another office in Cheshire.
We are recruiting from ground level right the way up to management within the company, no seniority the more effort you put in the more effort we put in to you to help you succeed
Starting at ground level sales right through to team leader and management,
it's available for the right candidates,

We're looking for a Trainee Manager to support and work with senior executives. The trainee manager will need to develop strong management skills, and will also be responsible for working with other staff to gather and analyse information and developing strategies and plans of action. The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering the entire management process, including motivating and leading teams of employees, scheduling responsibilities and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Starting from the bottom learning about the business and basic sales then moving onto.
- Support team members and lead from the front to build a solid team within the company
- Manage the responsibilities and resources of individual team members.
- Deal with day to day targets and goal setting for the team members to achieve the best possible results from them.
- Provide feedback to managers.
- And work directly with the office manager to learn how the day to day running of the office is structured.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
