We are looking for a candidate to join the Global RFP team to:
- co-ordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs (Requests for Information) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for institutional and wholesale prospects and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelines and compliance regulations.
- collaborate closely with portfolio managers and subject matter authorities to improve RFP answers, ensure key messages are understood, and present my clients’ capabilities in the most compelling way possible.
- ensure completion of multiple proposals within tight timeframes.
- ensure the RFP database is kept up-to-date and accurate, and quality continually improved
- support the wider RFP team with adhoc requests and projects

Your team
You will be part of the Global RFP team with members in Europe, APAC, US and Switzerland. The team supports institutional and wholesale distribution teams around the globe. In particular, you will work closely with the client coverage teams providing RFP responses on a wide range of products within the traditional asset classes.

Your expertise
- extensive RFP writing experience within investment management
- strong product knowledge and genuine interest across all asset classes and ESG
- strong MS Office skills and previous experience with proposal software (Qvidian)
- excellent writing and proof-reading skills
- organised with a methodical approach to tasks, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- able to work under pressure with strong time and project management skills and the ability to manage and control multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- team player with ability to work with colleagues from different functions and business units, and in a culturally diverse environment
