We are looking for an ETF marketing specialist for the following activities:
We are looking for an ETF marketing specialist for the following activities:
- creation of uniform marketing plans in the ETF space for the Swiss market, while also acting as the global coordinator for ETF initiatives, in line with the defined marketing strategy with the Global Head Channel Marketing
- implementation of all marketing activities such as events, webinars, newsletters, online marketing and social media as well as the creation of the necessary marketing tools and content
- collection and analysis of target group data in collaboration with central marketing teams and external partners
- budget planning and control, placing orders, drafting contracts, controlling and account assignment of invoices
- planning and execution of team projects to improve existing processes and turn innovative ideas into reality
- build and maintain strong relationships with fellow marketers across geographies and channels and with all key stakeholders within the global organization

You will work in the Channel Marketing team in Zurich and the Global Channel Marketing team in different locations across the world. We offer a versatile job in a small team, where you can contribute with your experience and fresh ideas. Your expertise
- at least 7 years of marketing experience in asset management, preferably for the Swiss market and international markets
- knowledge of marketing for passive and indexing investment strategies
- deep understanding of the investment industry
- marTech expertise with focus on marketing processes and tools
- well organized and entrepreneurial with a strong drive to customer orientation
- ability to carry out marketing projects independently
- excellent communicator who can easily present complex ideas
- solution-oriented and able to deal with tight deadlines
- careful, and reliable and great communication skills
- fluent English. German is a nice to have and any other language would be an advantage
