Handyman Gardener Painter - 3 positions

We currently have three job opportunities in our new Student Accommodation maintenance team.

We are looking for a handyman, painter and gardener who have the qualities to provide a welcoming environment in our Accommodation.
We are looking for hardworking, self motivated candidates who can work both under supervision and alone. The candidate will be given daily/weekly jobs that require completing to the best of their ability in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have

At least 2 years maintenance experience

Excellent people skills and be a team player
High standards and be quality driven
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A smart appearance
A 'Can do' attitude
The job role will require the candidate to work 5 days a week 9am till 5pm.

A full clean driving licence is required.
Experience of rental properties would be an advantage, but not essential.
