The Role
TONI&GUY is passionate about education and we produce the finest hair stylists and colour technicians in the industry. We will offer your full training through our prestigious Academies to help you to reach your full career potential. The role of Stylist involves:
- Full consultation with clients
- Building your client base and retention rates, ensuring that all clients receive the authentic TONI&GUY experience
- Referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and product sales.
- Acting as a role model in the salon, mentoring the Apprentices and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
- Playing a key part in representing and promoting the TONI&GUY brand and Superbrand status at all times.
- Attending all Academy training provided as part of your career journey with TONI&GUY
