The Trainee Legal Secretary role will cover:
- Dealing with post
- Emails
- Filing
- Archiving
- Dictation letters, documents – letters, draft wills, lpa’s,
- Telephone enquiries for existing and new clients
- Appointments
- Witnessing Wills
- Dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients and bereavements / illnesses
The successful candidate will be / have:
- Well presented with a professional, kind phone manner
- Good communication skills, including excellent grammar and spelling
- Friendly, patient and approachable attitude
- Quick learner and can use own initiative
- Strong desire to learn and progress
The Trainee Legal Secretary role will be working within the Private Client team, supporting the company partner and the wider team. Full training and support will be given for this role.
Salary & package:
- £18,000 - £20,000 DOE
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays and Xmas closure.
- Pension
