Tasks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support market growth in Germany.
- Provide ongoing market support to distributors and sales partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners.
- Support the planning and execution of local business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align on market support strategy.
- Support distributor onboarding, training, and engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing local events, promotions, and business development campaigns.
- Track and report on business development activities and market performance.
- Support the local team with market research and business planning.
- Contribute to the development of local go-to-market strategies.
- Perform other business development and market support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experiencein in business development and market support, or a similar role, preferably within the direct selling / MLM industry.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of distributor networks and the local market environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent speaking and writing in German and English languages; additional languages are an advantage.
