Job Description

There is no sales involved, and this position is flexible – Shifts are requested on a weekly basis.

This Is Motif Ltd is looking for personable, reliable and conscientious people to conduct market research by telephone.

What are we looking for?...

- Fluent English speaker with professional phone manner

- Exceptional customer service

- Ability to hit targets, be goal oriented

- Computer Literate

Previous Market Research, Call Centre or face to face customer service experience is helpful.

As an interviewer, you will be working from home. To be set up to work from home, you will require the following equipment:

· Fast, stable, and reliable internet connection (speed test required)

· Up to date smartphone to install our VPN authentication app

· Windows 10 or Windows 11 Laptop with minimum 4GB RAM (Mac OS not supported). Anti-Virus must be installed.

· USB Headset

The company is well established with a head office in Great Portland Street, London, a large Blue Chip client base, and over 30 years of research experience.

The role offers ongoing employment, both Full and Part Time - ideal for people of all backgrounds/ages; parents, students at any level, actors, musicians, those running a part-time business or individuals simply seeking variety in their working hours.

This job is most suitable for people wishing to work for a minimum of 3 months.

Pay Rates

Pay is £10.64 (£9.50 plus 12.07% holiday pay) regardless of age

There is also a weekly bonus scheme increasing pay by an additional £1.40 per hour.

Shifts Available

Mon-Fri: 9am to 5pm (There are also 2pm-8pm, 4pm-8pm and 5pm-8pm shifts available)

Saturdays: 10am til 4pm

Minimum of 12 hours per week preferred.
