TWG Group are looking for Festival/Event Merchandiser to join us for the 2023 Season!
The successful individual/s will be required to work all listed dates and make their own way to each event below;
- Maidstone, Mote Park - 3rd June, 11:00-23:00
- Maldon, Promenade Park - 9th June, 15:00 - 23:00
- Reading, Palmer Park - 16th June, 15:00 - 23:00
- Kempton Park Racecourse - 24th June, 11:00-23:00
- Northampton, Delapre Abbey 7th July, 15:00 - 23:00
- Northampton, Delapre Abbey, 8th July, 11:00 - 23:00
- Windsor Racecourse 11th Aug, 15:00 - 23:00
- Windsor Racecourse 12th August, 11:00 - 23:00
- Cheltenham Racecourse - 1st Sep, 15:00 - 23:00
- Cheltenham Racecourse - 2nd Sep, 11:00 - 23:00
The successful candidate will be working at various shows for support on a merchandise stand, this would include:
- Setting up the stock on the day
- Stock management
- Managing the stand during the event/taking payments
- Packing down stock at the end of the night
Food and Drink Vouchers are provided for each event!
We are looking for individuals who:
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Good customer service skills
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential!
- Have a "can do" positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
- Are good communicators

- Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a staffing profile.
- To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as "Bristol" and pick a date and time with the "Bristol Team" for your induction.
- We will accept your induction request and send details of the online induction. The induction usually lasts 20-30 mins.
- Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
