Employment Type:

Temporary

Hours of Work:

(Full Time) 09:00 –17:30 - 5 days a week between Monday – Saturday.

We provide on-call phone cover, 7 days a week, up until 9pm, which you will assist the team with on a rota basis.

Location:

You’ll work between our offices in Saxmundham, Southwold & Aldeburgh.

Please be aware that you will need to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable traveling regularly, and occasionally out of area, to fulfil your duties.

What will you be doing?

The Managed Services team’s mission is to make sure our frontline services run as smoothly as possible. The team ensures we offer the best experience to our homeowners and guests - always with the view of going above and beyond their expectations. If a guest or homeowner reports an issue with housekeeping or maintenance standards, it will be your responsibility as the coordinator put a plan into action to resolve the problem.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting guests before, and during their stay, answering queries and solving any problems they have.
  • Coordinating our cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
  • Providing accurate timescales for when the properties will be prepared and ready to receive guests.
  • Managing complaints or feedback regarding housekeeping standards and overseeing the issue until we reach a satisfactory outcome.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring administrative systems are updated.
  • Heading out of the office to meet our homeowners, assist guests or perform property cleaning spot checks.
  • Ensuring that all services delivered are coded correctly and charged at the correct rate
