Hello,

I run a quality-driven ice cream business that I started 12 years ago. We opened a parlour 6 years ago (and a smaller 2nd one, down the road, last year) and it has been incredibly successful, we have a very high level of staff retention, we continue to grow and are now hiring to expand our team.

We are an exceptional company, doing exceptional things, and we are looking for exceptional people. This isn't a job for everyone and isn't an easy job to get so please don't just apply for the sake of it. The shop is an energetic and exciting place to work, this is very much a hands-on role. We spend the take bringing joy and pleasure to people's lives. Interactions with customers are relaxed and happy, very different to how a coffee shop/bar/restaurant can be. We take great pride in the fact that we serve the best ice cream in the country, quite possibly the world, and we demand high and consistent standards of ourselves and yet we do this whilst maintaining an enjoyable, respectful and stimulating work environment.

We sell ice cream all year round and are hiring people for year-round positions as well adjust for the season. One full time and one part time position available.

Serving ice cream at the shops

Working at events (private hires and also public events and festivals)
