Working hours: 30 hours per week (Requires working shifts and weekends)

All staff play a central role in creating a warm and supportive environment where residents’ and families’ rights are promoted, ensuring they are active participants in care decisions.

Everyday is different! Nikki Thompson – Assistant Director says I started my career with The Salvation Army in August 2002 as a Care Assistant. Over my 20 years in Older Peoples Services, I have been supported to progress from Care Assistant, through other roles to now be Assistant Director with line management responsibility for a number of homes. I have remained in Older Peoples Services because of the care and passion that the service shows to our residents – it is truly Rooted in Love’
