Telesales Agent
Your role with us:
Working within the Collector Services team, you will be contacting existing and new customers, building relationships with customers of high potential value with the objective of generating sales on historic coin and collectable products. Whilst reporting to the Collector Services Sales Manager, your focus will be on outbound telesales within the business-to-customer sector, with the knowledge and flexibility to handle incoming calls as business needs dictate.
