Customer Service/Sales Representative

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Being the main point of contact for all customers looking for information about our programs and lessons
• Providing top-notch customer service to both prospective and current customers
• Generating new sales by proactively reaching out to leads and using databases and other sources
• Managing a database of incoming leads, from initial enquiry to sale, including conducting needs analysis, booking trials, pitching, handling objections, processing payments, and following up after the sale
• Working as part of a team to drive student growth across all our venues

• Experience with inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Commission on all new business you bring in, Basic is £24k - £26k with a gross salary of £30,000-£35,000 based on current performance levels.
