Amadeus, multi award winning caterers, are a division of the NEC Group operating at venues and events in Birmingham and beyond including the NEC, the ICC, Resorts World Arena, the Vox Conference Centre, and Utilita Arena Birmingham.
We have great opportunities available to join us and the animals at Dudley Zoological Gardens in our back of house team as a food preparation assistant. You must have a flexible approach as hours can vary each week depending on the nature and volume of the business, hours will include weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
The moment you walk into our venue you’ll feel a fun, roaringly friendly vibe created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams. We’re looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a zero hour contract basis.
Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.
If you are a dedicated individual who is eagle eyed for high standards, then we want ewe on our team.
What you will do:
We offer a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of sandwiches, cold food items and salads for all outlets across site
- Preparation of hot food items for all outlets across site
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation

Hours can vary each week dependent on business levels so whether you have plenty of free time in your schedule or you can only manage the odd shift we’d love to hear from you.
