Our luxury boutique hotel is looking for a Concierge to join our family and provide our guests with outstanding levels of service!
The ideal candidate has wealth of knowledge, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum (Including Service Charge).
Who we are?
The Montague on the Gardens Hotel, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s elegant Bloomsbury. This wonderfully refurbished Georgian townhouse features 100 individually designed bedrooms and suites, The Leopard Bar, Blue Door Bistro, a wood deck terrace and several function rooms. It is also famous for al-fresco dining, including an alpine themed Ski Lodge in the winter and a Hawaiian Beach Bar in the summer.

What key responsibilities a Concierge has?
- Assist clients with their enquiries and queries in an efficient and courteous manner in line with Forbes five-star standards
- Being an ambassador when representing Red Carnation Hotels
- To ensure all guest room accounts are acurate
- Promote sales outlets in the hotel whenever possible
- Building relationships with venues, thirds parties which is led by a curiosity to find hidden gems to elevate guest experience in the city
What are we looking for in a Concierge?
- Previous experience in similar role in four or five start hotels
- Extensive knowledge of the city (Restaurants, Bars, Events, Tours)
- Engaging and well spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive and approachable personality
