Cinema, Bowling, Mini Golf, Climbing, Bars and Dining all under one roof. Our venues are the first to combine exceptional cinema and great quality food and drinks with fun and immersive leisure activities.
The Light is looking for Full and Part Time Kitchen Porters to join the opening team and be part of the future of entertainment at our brand new venue in Redhill.

Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to be part of our small yet skilled kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter you are responsible for ensuring there is a constant supply of clean cutlery, crockery and equipment and the environment is clean and safe. You may also be required to assist with food preparation, working with fresh ingredients to produce dishes with pride and passion.
About you
As a Kitchen Porter you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Good interpersonal skills
- An ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- An interest in food and cooking
Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
