We are currently hiring for the role of Restaurant Supervisor, but we also have a range of other positions available with competitive salary packages plus tronc:

Bar Supervisors: Bar Supervisors will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a bar in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of wine and spirits.

Cocktail Bartenders: Bartenders will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality drinks to our guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a bartender in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of wine and spirits.

Floor Manager: The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations at The Last Judgment, including managing staff, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the venue. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team in a high-volume environment, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations.

Floor Servers: Floor Servers will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Host/Hostess: responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Senior Sous Chefs: The Sous Chefs will work closely with the Head Chef to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including overseeing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a chef in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food.

Chef de Partie: The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Sous Chefs to prepare high-quality food for our guests, ensuring that all dishes are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a chef de Partie in a high-volume environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food.

Kitchen Porters: The Kitchen Porters will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and well-maintained, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a kitchen porter, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-48 per week

Salary: £12.00-£18.00 per hour
