Role: Office Assistant
Location: Invergordon
Contract: Full time
Salary: Upto £11.00 per Hour

The Grand Whisky Auction is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry and has become one of the market leaders in online whisky sales/retail.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated member of the team that is comfortable with applying themself fully to tasks, including ones which they have never done before.
Your Role:
Create detailed product listings and be part of the product photography process. Organising office and stores and processing and packing of orders upon the completion of an auction to be shipped worldwide. Maintaining a clean office environment and preparing for upcoming operations.
Your Experience:
Working to set deadlines, under pressure.
Being part of a highly driven team in order to succeed.
Computer skills - Excel, word and outlook.
Key qualities:
Literate (written & spoken)
Trustworthy, honest and reliable.
Flexible and adaptable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
