At The Coca-Cola Company, we are driven by our purpose to refresh the world and make a difference. Across our global network, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and food safety. We are looking for a Quality System Coordinator who is passionate about operational excellence, integrated management systems, and building a strong culture of quality across manufacturing operations.

The Quality System Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining, improving, and strengthening the Integrated Management System within CPS Operations, including AdeS operations. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and internationally recognized quality and food safety frameworks. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, risk management, and continuous improvement tools, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive sustainable results.

This role requires a highly organized and collaborative professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across teams, and lead initiatives that support regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and food safety excellence. The successful candidate will serve as a key subject matter expert for food safety systems, audits, corrective actions, process improvements, and quality-related investigations while helping drive a proactive culture focused on accountability, prevention, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do for Us

Lead and sustain the Food Safety Management System across CPS Operations, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards, FSSC ISO 22000 requirements, FSMA regulations, NOM standards, and other applicable regulatory and certification requirements.

Maintain and continuously improve HACCP plans, Food Defense plans, Food Fraud risk assessments, TACCP/VACCP programs, allergen controls, and preventive control processes to support safe and compliant manufacturing operations.

Serve as the Food Safety Leader and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) for the operation, supporting regulatory readiness, compliance activities, and business continuity requirements for North America.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including GMP audits, certification audits, and customer or regulatory inspections. Monitor audit findings, ensure timely corrective and preventive actions, and validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Facilitate CAPA, change management, and risk management programs by partnering with production, purchasing, warehouse, laboratory, customer service, operational excellence, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen process reliability and compliance performance.

Monitor prerequisite programs in alignment with ISO 22000 standards, including pest control, sanitation, chemical control, hygiene design, cross-contamination prevention, allergen management, traceability, and product recall readiness.

Manage the local documentation process to ensure procedures, records, and controlled documents are properly reviewed, maintained, distributed, and stored in accordance with internal and external requirements.

Analyze process and quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support preventive and corrective action planning using continuous improvement methodologies such as SPC, FMEA/AMEF, root cause analysis, and other quality tools.

Act as the subject matter expert for bottler quality complaints and inquiries by coordinating investigations, ensuring proper follow-up, and verifying the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Promote a culture of food safety, quality ownership, accountability, and operational excellence through effective communication, collaboration, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.
